BUY FROM US
The Basics
1) Feel free to browse our on-line store. Initially no login is required
to shop for items and add to your shopping cart.
2) Once you are ready to checkout we will ask you to set-up a unique login
and password on our secure server if you haven’t visited us before.
Otherwise login to continue and complete the transaction
3) Various payment options are available to you when purchasing from the
NEWPORT On-line Store, see Ordering Options below.
You will be prompted to enter a payment method during the check-out process.
4) Once your order has been entered you will receive an immediate acknowledgment
with an order number. Your order has been placed! Later, you will receive
a follow up e-mail regarding your order with a unique order confirmation
number.

We are pleased
to accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, VISA, and American
Express. We currently do not accept debit cards. We will only charge your
card once the order has been shipped.
By using your
credit card online we will be able to speed order processing and confirmation

Purchase
Order
This option is available to existing NEWPORT customers
with an established Customer Number and line of credit. To pay by purchase
order select "Pay by Customer Account" option when you are checking out.
Then fill in the Purchase Order and NEWPORT Customer Number information.
If you desire to open an account with NEWPORT leave the NEWPORT Customer
Number field blank, and fill in the Purchase Order field. Sales will reply
by e-mail or telephone to fully confirm your order has been processed. Orders
placed on account are subject to credit approval and verification.

the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your
order we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be
available. The availability information shown on our web site and provided
by our sales staff is the most up-to-date information we have but this

Shipping Method
We offer UPS Surface, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS 1 Day, Federal Express
Priority 1 and 2 for NEWPORT’s On-line Store shipments. Cost for
shipping will be shown when checking out. If you are ordering items that
are not in stock please be sure to indicate if you would like available
items to ship to you (partial shipment) or if you would prefer us to ship
the order complete. If it is absolutely necessary to ship by a carrier
different than UPS or FedEx please contact our Sales Department at 800-NEWPORT
(800-639-7678) to place your order by telephone. If you live in Alaska
or Hawaii, you must use mandatory Next-Day shipping. We do not ship to
military APO or FPO addresses.
If you
have an account number with FedEx or UPS and you would like us to bill
the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier

What is the difference between the NEWPORTSHOP store and newportUS.com?
newportUS.com, world leader in process measurement and control, has
now made available a convenient and secure way to order our products on-line.
We initially are displaying a select group of products in the On-line
Store and will continually add product to the store so you can eventually
review and purchase any NEWPORT product on-line.
Of course, even if an individual product you want to buy is not displayed
in the On-line Store, you can still purchase it on-line by using our Order
By Part Number Feature. As long as you know the part number you can
order it! Products that are not store enabled will typically display in
a pdf format so you can determine the part numbers you need to order.
The same great sales, service, and technical support that stands behind

to get a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee may be applied

You will have the choice of searching the entire newportUS.com Site (100,000+ Products) or searching the NEWPORT On-line Store only.
We will strive to continually add to the number of products available
to purchase at our On-line Store but if the product you find is not available

Can
I buy an Extended Warranty for a Product?
Yes. Even though many NEWPORT products feature a standard warranty beyond
industry standards we also offer an (OCW -NEWPORTCARE®)extended warranty
service. On many products you can select 1 to 3 years extended service;
OCW-1, OCW-2, or OCW-3 for a maximum of 5 years total service. FREE -
with every (OCW -NEWPORTCARE®)extended warranty you will receive a $25
Calibration Coupon. This coupon can be used towards a future NIST Certified
Calibration of your product which typically costs $75 - $125 for electronics.
In the event you require any repairs, with Newport's Loaner Program we
may be able to send you a loaner at no cost, while yours is being serviced.
